1. We will send our experienced technical expert for assisting in machine installation, commissioning and training services.
2. Equipment warranty period of one year (from date of shipment)
During the guarantee period and in normal working hours, if any damage is caused by the error of equipments, Keshengda will provide the replacement of the broken parts for free. After the guarantee period, Keshengda will supply long-term preferential services.
3. Keshengda will provide the manual and maintenance books for main electrical appliances and equipments, as well as the layout for water, electricity, air, etc.
