PP packing strap Production Line can make the single strap or double-strap extruding continuously. The barrel and screw of extruder is under 38 chrome-molybdenum aluminum nitride treatment with reasonable compression ratio according to PP properties. It has progressive screw barrel, specified hard-tooth-surface gearbox, and high-standard configuration which all ensure the good extrusion effect.
The production line can produce ultra-thin strap, Primary Mi packing strap, and environmental protection packing strap. The final products have clear pattern, neat uniform and light weight.
