SJ series single screw extruders are mainly used for the extruding for PE, PP, PPR, PS, PC, ABS, etc. Coordinating with die head and auxiliary machines, they can produce sheets, boards, pipes, profiles, packing belts, pellets, etc.
SJ series single screw extruders have features below:
●High speed and high-yield extrusion on the base of high quality;
●Low-temperature plasticization design concept ensures high quality extruding;
●BM comprehensive mixed design, which ensures excellent mixing;
●Low-temperature plasticization design concept ensures high quality extruding;
●Thrust bearing applies heavy torque output;
●PLC Intelligent control realizes interaction between main and auxiliary machines, which create an human-machine interface to control and monitor the production process easily;
●The control mode is changeable according to the needs (PLC or temperature control meter );
●The barrel and screw material is 38CrMoAL/A under nitridation treatment, which is wear-resistant.
