PVC crust foam board production line is composed of a conical twin-screw extruder,dies,a cooling-water machine,a vacuum forming machine,a haul-off machine,a cutting machine,a stacker,an auto loader,etc.Adopt the most advanced foaming technology,it can produce PVC crust boards with a thickness ranging from 3mm to 35mm.Compared with free foamed boards,PVC crust foam board is not only flat and smooth in surface,but also with greater crust hardness and significantly greater mechanical properties.It is widely applied as construction templates,furniture boards,etc.
Performance of PVC Crust Boards:
●Sound insulation,sound absorption,heat insulation,thermal insulation,fire-retardant,moisture and mildew resistance,etc;
●The color can remain unchanged for a long time,difficult to age;
●Products made of it is light in texture,convenient to store,transport and carry;and can be drilled,sawn,nailed,planed or pasted like woods;
●Board surface is smooth and can be printed on(need to wipe and clean the surface before printing).
