PVC furniture/cabinet board production line can continuously produce PVC or WPC wood-plastic cabinet boards and furniture boards. Such boards are made through a conical twin-extruder together with other auxiliary machines after the raw material is uniformly mixed.
Due to the main raw material used is PVC, no glue is used during production, there is no formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, trichlorethylene or other harmful substances in the board. It is an ideal substitute of plywood and finger-joined laminated boards and also an ideal green and environmentally-friendly household material in modern society.
There are two forms of PVC furniture/cabinet boards: Foamed and non-foamed. According to customer demands, we can provide foamed furniture/cabinet board machines as well as non-foamed furniture/cabinet decorative sheet machines through different design and equipment combination.
Performance of PVC furniture/cabinet boards:
● Fire-retardant, effectively reducing household fire hazards;
● Resistant to moisture, mildew and insects;
●Color can remain unchanged for a long time;
● Light in weight, convenient to store, transport and carry; and can be drilled, sawn, nailed, planed or pasted like woods;
●The decorative sheet is applicable to thermal forming, bending under heating and folding processing;
●The surface is smooth and can be printed on (need to wipe and clean the surface before printing).
