HDPE Silicon-core Pipe Production Line is co-extruded by three extruders, the core layer is silica blended with HDPE, and the outer layer is HDPE with marking line.
The main extruder is high efficient single screw extruder, which adopts co-extrusion spiral die and vacuum negative-pressure calibration.
Haul-off motor adopts variable frequency speed regulating with stability and reliability.
PLC control system is available, which realizes each function modularization with high control precision.
