Malaysian Customer Visits Keshengda for PVC Waterstop Extrusion Line Trial
Recently, a customer delegation from Malaysia visited Qingdao Keshengda Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. to witness a live trial of our PVC waterstop extrusion line. The visit aimed to evaluate the machine’s performance and the quality of the final product before shipment.
Our engineering and technical teams accompanied the customer throughout the process, explaining in detail each stage of the production — including feeding, heating, extrusion, calibration and cooling, cutting, and coiling.
During the trial, the machine operated smoothly and consistently, showing excellent temperature control and extrusion stability. The finished PVC waterstops featured a smooth surface, precise dimensions, and uniform shape — fully meeting the customer’s expectations.
The visiting team spoke highly of Keshengda’s machine quality and production craftsmanship. They expressed great satisfaction with the trial results and strong confidence in Keshengda’s technical strength in the field of plastic extrusion equipment. Both sides also discussed future cooperation opportunities to jointly expand the Southeast Asian market.
