PVC waterproof roll sheet is a new type waterproof material made with high-grade PVC resin as the main raw material added with a certain amount of fillers, stabilizers, plasticizers, UV light absorbers and other auxiliary materials through such procedures as mixing, extrusion, cooling, roll separation meter measuring and packaging.
PVC waterproof roll sheet production line features a compact structure and easy operation, can be equipped with different device modules according to customers’ requirements, is used for producing single- or multiple-layer composite products; and can also be installed with a roll placing device to produce inner-enhanced products, or surface composite non-woven fabrics and PVC decorative film. The production line is composed of: SJZ80/156 conical twin-screw extruder or SJZ92/188 conical two-screw extruder, die head, six-roller calendar, roller temperature control system, upper and lower roll placing devices, side cutting device/cooling bracket, online crusher, dragger, horizontal cutting device, double-station overturning rolling machine, material mixing/loading system and electrical control system.
