PP/ PC Hollow sheet Production line can continuously produce PP/PC hollow sheets, also called hollow grid plates, or honey comb sheets.
PC/PP hollow grid plates are widely used in architecture, advertising layout, road noise, sound insulation and packaging, which can replace carton boxes as packing boxes because of its characteristic in light weight, high strength, moisture-free and non-corrosion.
●Extruder: specific design of screw, advanced temperature control system, good plasticizing effect and high stable output.
●Hydraulic station: adopt of fast hydraulic changer system, quick and efficient changing process; duplex and leaktight structure for operation stability of changers.
●Mould: made of high quality alloy steel, equipped with high flexible throttling device which can distribute the material flow evenly in the mould outlet; adopted differential regulation mould lip which ensures the sheet thickness uniformity.
●Vacuum sizing platform: Two independent vacuum systems features of rapid heat exchange cooling systems, efficient exchange with vacuum systems, sequential distribution, sizing accuracy
●Traction machine: with high reduction ratio, large multi-roller traction machines, advanced stress eliminator by large-area conductive heating
●Auto Cutter: equipped with precise instant metering cut and automatic lifting and discharging device.
