PE-PP-ABS Sheet production line can continuously produce PE, PP, ABS Sheet with the max sheet width of 2000mm, sheet thickness of 0.15-3mm.
●Extruder: According to different materials, the single screw extruder is differentiated by exhaust type and non-exhaust type. The extruder screw has special mixing function and precise temperature control system to ensure a high plasticizing process, high yield and stable extrusion. Temperature control of ± 1 ℃ can accurately control the plasticizing process , sheet thickness and flatness.
●Screen changer and die: high speed hydraulic screen changer unit ensures no material leakage. Moulds choose different structures according to different materials. Die head adopts double throttlings which are easy for distributing material flow and for precisely adjusting the sheet thickness.
●Three-roller calendar: According to the sheet thickness, 45 ° diagonal three-roller calendar, vertical or horizontal three-roller calendaring machine is differentially adopted. Three-roller temperature control is independent, and roller gap is adjustable. Sheet thickness accuracy is controlled by roller screw and double-directional pinch roller.
●Cooling roller bracket: equipped with cooling rollers and edge-cutting devices.
●Horizontal cutting machine: adopted with automatic metering cutting, with a cutting tolerance 2mm below.
