Multi-layer plastic pipe co-extruding machines include of auto-loaders, extruders, moulds, calibrating water tank, spray water tank, hauling machine, auto-cutting machine, tilting stacker, etc.
Multi-layer plastic pipe co-extruding machines has features below
●Applying the co-extruding technology, all main motors of the two extruders applying the inverter control, main electrical components adopt top-brand high-quality products.
●Applying special design of spiral three-layer ABA type co-extruded moulds, which ensure the thickness of each layer regular and adjustable.
●Equipped with the automatic vacuum feeding machine, the automatic constant temperature dryer;
●The specially designed vacuum calibration and cooling system and stainless steel tank, adopting multi-stage water cooling to ensure the high-speed production of thick-wall pipes and large diameter pipes.
●Auto chipless cutting machine has features of smooth cutting section, high precision and low noise.
●As a multifunctional device, it can produce multi-layer PPR, HDPE, PP pipes. We can provide technical formula and turn-key project to our customers.
