PE-RT/PEX pipe production line can produce the PE-RT floor heating pipes continuously, which consists of the auto loading machine, extruder, mould, calibrating water tank, spray water tank, haul-off machine, winding machine, etc.
PE-RT is the abbreviation for polyethylene of raised temperature resistance, a non-cross-linking polyethylene used for hot water pipe, and someone names it “high temperature resistance non-cross-linking polyethylene” to put stress on its non-cross-linking character. It is a kind of medium density polyethylene adopting a special molecular design and synthesis technique, and it applies the method of ethylene and propylene copolymerization.
